Dr. Hypno has embarked on a dastardly plot to take over the world. He intends to hypnotise everyone and everything on earth. Dr Hypno has built a hypno-satellite, which he plans to launch into space from his secret island fortress, which is guarded by his hyper-mad-hypnotised minions.

Once in orbit the satellite will cover the world in hypnotising rays rendering all life on earth powerless allowing Dy Hypno to rule the world for EVER.....

Once again Hugo returns as the ever resourceful secret agent, under the watchful eye of Mrs Alltobright leader of R.I.S.K. (Risky Intelligent Spy Knights). HoneyBunny and W make up the rest of the team, together they will help him on this his most important mission.

W has designed a fantastic new secret energy combat suit (ECS) for Agent Hugo, to help him on his most daring and dangerous mission to date. W is also hard at work on a new lemon based anti-hypnotise serum formula which will knock out Dr Hypno's crazed hyper-mad-hypnotised minions and allow Agent Hugo to destroy Dr Hypno and save the world.
